As we get ready to kickoff a new season, let’s take a moment to look back at some of our highlights from last season:
The club embarked on its first international tour in many years to British Columbia.
In conference, we rallied for some big wins against conference rivals.
We ended the season ranked #21 nationally in D1A.
At our end of season banquet, several Ags were recognized with individual honors:
MVP - Guy Barrons
Forward of the Year - Samuel Faucette
Back of the Year - Max Schoenberger
Club Man of the Year - Mateo Escobar
Coach’s Award - Jacob Himan
Babe Slater Player of the Year - Jack Hansen
Rookie Forward of the Year - David Alferez
Rookie Back of the Year - Aiden Trojack
Additionally:
Congratulations to Harrison Wheeler and Jack Hansen who traveled to Chile with the California Grizzlies U23s to compete against the Chilean U23 National Team. The club is fortunate to have both returning next year. A special shout out to all the people who helped make that trip possible as well.
Congratulations to our graduates. There is a nice dedication on Instagram that can be seen here. We look forward to seeing you on the sidelines of upcoming games (as active alumni) and hearing about all of your new adventures in life.
